Elizabeth recently passed the Employment Support Professional examination and earned the Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP™) credential. Elizabeth was the only individual in the state of Wisconsin to earn this designation in February. Others recognized were from Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, and Texas. The CESP recognizes individuals who have demonstrated a sufficient level of knowledge and skill to provide integrated employment services to a variety of populations with disabilities.At ESI, Elizabeth helps individuals find work through a process of resume development, interview skills building, job search and application assistance, and on-the-job coaching assistance. The goal is to obtain and ensure long-term successful employment. She believes that anyone who wants to work can with the right supports.
